- In the event of cancellation of service, applicable refund will be issued in the most fair and efficient manner possible.
- Some services are only provided in Evergreen, Kittredge, Genesee, and Indian Hills (Colorado)

Sale of Goods / Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your sealed and/or unopened item, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Here's what you need to know:
- Eligible Items: This policy applies to all sealed and/or unopened items purchased from our store. Once an item has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
- Return Period: You have 15 days from the date you receive your shipment to initiate a return. To do so, please contact us through our [CONTACT Form] and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Packing: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package for the full value of the item.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the item, minus any original shipping costs, once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Exceptions:
- Final Sale Items: Some items may be listed as "final sale" and are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked in the product listing.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
